A Private Class includes recipe booklets, room rental, ingredients, table settings, chef fee, dish assistant, and menu creation. Classes typically last 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the group.
All of this is optional! You can bring an apron to show off in class, leftover containers to bring home food, and last but not least BYOB until further notice.

Overview of Our Cooking Classes
In most of our cooking classes, the Chef will begin with an introduction to the cuisine and the ingredients necessary for the recipes.
Group Dynamics: Depending on the number of recipes, participants will be divided into groups, with each group working on a recipe at their station.
Skill Development: Typically, the Chef will gather everyone to demonstrate essential knife skills. Additionally, any significant techniques related to a recipe will be highlighted. For instance, if a group is ready to fold dumplings, the Chef will invite everyone to learn the folding technique together.
Collaboration: Participants are encouraged to check in on other groups and assist with tasks during downtime in their own recipe preparation.
The Chef oversees the class, ensuring that timing is managed effectively so that all dishes are completed simultaneously, allowing everyone to sit down and savor the meal you've created!
